LMHC-D

I’m Rachel Eduardo, LMHC-D, a therapist with five years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my degree in Mental Health Counseling from Mercy University in 2021. I began her career working with children and now provide compassionate care to individuals across the lifespan, from children to older adults.

I take a person-centered approach to counseling, creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where my clients feel heard and empowered. I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, life transitions, relationship concerns, and issues affecting members of the LGBTQ+ community.

I tailor treatment to each client's unique experiences, strengths, and goals while incorporating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Depending on your interests and comfort level, I may also incorporate art, role-playing, inner child work, and mindfulness into sessions.

Through collaboration and compassion, my goal is to help you develop effective coping skills, improve your emotional well-being, and move forward on your paths toward healing.
